• The prices above are intended for two persons per day,  surcharge for every further person 8 € per day

• The third child under 12 years is free of charge.

• The rent includes all additional costs like VAT, residence tax, heating, electricity, water, bedlinen, final cleaning (if the apartment is left clean)

• For pets we charge a daily rate of 5 € and the final cleaning of the apartment

•  Arrivals can move into the apartment after 3 p.m.

•  Departures have to move out till 9.30 a.m.

• For a stay under 6 days we have to reckon a surcharge

• You can pay the bill on your arrival in cash, credit card

• A booking is binding with a written confirmation via email, fax or letter from your side

• Please take into consideration that a short notice cancellation (30 days prior to beginning of vacation) or early departure will result in a fee applying to the international hotel-contract conditions. To your insurance we recommend to take out a travel-withdrawal-insurance.

• SpringCard 2012
  From 5th March to 18th May 2012 our guests receive a free spring card, which allows the South-wide use of public transpor and admission to 80 museums.

• Book 14 days -pay only 12 in period from 15.04. to 16.06.

• Book 7 days pay only 6 in the period from 20.10. to 04.11.

• GuestCard: The welcome gift of your host for free participation in many events organized by the Tourist Office as well as for special reductions for more than 100 leisure facilities in the surroundings of the Merano and its region.

• BusCard: 7 days of free bus rides in Merano and surroundings for the special rate of € 9.

• MobilCard: 7 days of free bus and train in South Tyrol for the reduced price of 18 €

• MobielmuseumCard: 7 days discovery tour with free bus and train rides all around South Tyrol and free entrance to 180 museums for the special rate of 22 €.

• BikePass: Combined ticket for train, bus and rented bike along the railway of Vinschgau Valley: 20 € (further information)
